ContainMed was started as a family business and it remains one to this day. We answer to our customers, not shareholders, which creates a mutually beneficial relationship for everyone involved. We do not have the temptation of taking shortcuts to meet our board of director's quarterly financial projections.
Our owners are hands on with the business day-to-day, so you know when we tell you we can do something, it's because we know. With us, there is no sales person making a promise who has to take it back to engineering or manufacturing to figure out a way to make it happen.
With us, our word is our bond.
ContainMed was founded in 2005 with the intent of filling a void in the industry. We recognized that customers more often than not, were not being heard by large manufacturers who were not interested in taking a phone call unless orders in the hundreds were on the other side of the call.
ContainMed sought to change that by putting customer satisfaction at the forefront.
Over the last 15 years, ContainMed has, and will continue to, expand capabilities and offerings.
