They promote safe, effective sterilization, and are durable yet highly versatile. Say "goodbye" to pressed, riveted, or screwed-in parts which may become loose, bent or simply fall apart.
Superior Protection for your Instruments
ContainMed VersaPod trays and covers feature one-piece deep drawn aluminum construction. The inherent durability and smooth contours are superior to conventional trays folded from sheet metal and riveted at the corners. Our handles carry the system by the base (not the cover) and our latches ensure the cover stays on like it’s supposed to. VersaPod medical grade silicone accessories are rated for 10,000 hours continuous exposure to steam autoclave processing and our stainless steel mounting hardware is either tool-free or requires one simple tool (provided).
Changeable Layout
ContainMed VersaPod trays can be modified at any time - without special tools - as your needs change. They never become obsolete and should never need to leave your facility for alteration or repair.
We offer complete design and assembly services. Or, you can design and build your own trays - we provide everything you need.
No Project Too Small
The VersaPod system is made up of carefully designed components that are not permanently assembled together. Therefore, we are able to take on short lead time, limited quantity projects and custom assemble a tray solution for you. Traditional tray manufacturers may simply not be interested in pursuing smaller projects like this. Whether you need hundreds, or only a few trays, please call us to discuss your requirements.
Our Warranty and Commitment
ContainMed metal parts are warranted for two years against any defects affecting function or usability when used in accordance with the Instructions For Use. All non-metal parts, including latch parts, are warranted for the useful life of the system. We are committed to your satisfaction. If you have a problem, contact us and we'll make it right without hassle. We're not satisfed unless you are!
